We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"It is free if you use Microsoft Office 365.""It is simple to use and it allows me to give me the opportunity to access anything I want from any device.""We use Microsoft OneDrive for file sharing without the need for additional hardware (such as flash drives or external hard drives).""The most valuable feature of the solution is the amount of space allotted to each user that is issued a subscription.""The backup capability is one feature I love about OneDrive. I also like how it syncs when you're working offline. Everything is updated once you connect again.""The stability of Microsoft OneDrive is very good, it is reliable. There were multiple instances where I had lost my valuable data on hard drives in several other places. However, with Microsoft OneDrive, I've never lost a single file.""With this solution, the sharing of documents if very easy to do. There's a lot of collaboration you can do with your colleagues.""It was extremely easy to setup."

"It's very stable.""The most valuable feature of Office 365 is that it has many solutions bundled together.""It is stable.""The most valuable feature is the integration with OneDrive, which has allowed us, a small business, easy access to a cloud environment, with no need to back up the data from five different computers.""The cloud service and Skype are the most valuable features.""We use it for documentation management, to collaborate with Microsoft Teams, web calls, web conference calls, chats, and as a documentation repository mainly. We have an Office pack suite to be able to write documentation, make spreadsheets, and create PowerPoints.""It is very easy to deploy.""There are no more server and hardware operational costs and downtime, updates, etc. for all the workloads available. Newer features and updates are available immediately. Can be managed from a single web interface. Cloud-based, so same experience for all users, regardless of location."

Cons
"I would advice not storage sensitive information since it could be prone to hacking.""The technical support is really very bad.""The user interface sometimes fails and when it cannot connect, it does not give the reason why.""The area that can be improved is to be able to share easily with folks outside the organization and with folks who don't have an office account. Sometimes, when you send a link, you might have some form of repetition. If you don't know how to share it properly, whoever you are sharing it with will have issues using it. Also, the link that you use to share a document can be made a bit shorter. It doesn't have to be long. Typically, when you want to share a document, it has everything, such as the name of the organization, SharePoint, etc. A short URL will be easier to use, and it will just make life easier, especially because a lot of people are now going mobile. I'm not sure if there's a mobile version of Microsoft OneDrive, similar to Google Drive. If they don't have a mobile app, it would also be nice to have a mobile app because that would help in checking out your documents. It would be easy to check your documents on the go on your phone.""No one gets an alert when files are deleted.""I think it should be more user-friendly with more tutorials on the full scale of the program.""Microsoft OneDrive could improve because it doesn't support backing up .PST files, which are Outlook data files, and email archives. This is a substantial setback when it comes to Microsoft OneDrive.""Support has not been the same since the beginning of COVID lockdowns."

"Office 365 could be easier to use at first. Tutorials are needed to know how to use the solution.""There are some complexities to the initial setup if you use some of the more advanced features.""We have found that, with Teams, if you are including one more person who is not in the company ecosystem, supposedly I'm inviting them as a guest in the chat. However, when I do that, I can't share files.""I'm not sure if there are areas of improvement. For us, it's working quite well.""Sometimes the synchronization between the desktop and online is a little bit slow.""In the next release, I would like to have a more intuitive tutorial.""I'd like to see them add more features in the future in order to continue to advance the product.""If two people update the same file, it causes issues."
