We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros
"The most valuable features are hyper-linking, the Drawing Tool, and enhanced tables.""It's extremely intuitive.""It is just the fact that it is a one-stop shop for all project documentation. It is compared to storing things in files and directories and stuff like that. It provides the overall usability and accessibility of many projects and documents in one area.""The integration's very good. You still have integration with lots of third party products, and it's very good.""It is easy to use.""There is a good library of templates for a wide range of needs.""It integrates well with other Atlassian products""The most valuable features are the ease of creating documentation, as well as charts."

"With this solution, the sharing of documents if very easy to do. There's a lot of collaboration you can do with your colleagues.""It's quite easy to use and then of course it is quite well integrated to the rest of Office 365.""Being able to use OneDrive as a mapped drive in Windows Explorer is the most valuable feature. Rather than using OneDrive on a browser, you can also open up the Windows Explorer and I can see the file structure in the normal format.""The feature that I have found the most valuable is that Microsoft OneDrive works with any Enterprise Cloud Solutions Office app. You can edit a document on the cloud, share documents with your colleagues, and monitor changes. You can access your work almost anywhere. You can also sync Microsoft OneDrive with your workstation so that whatever you are working on gets automatically backed up to the cloud at regular intervals. So even if your system crashes, you still have a copy of your documents in the cloud, which I found very useful.""One of the good features is that the users are not even aware that they're using it.""It is good as a central hub for the storage of documents and sharing among team members.""Scalability is good just because it is a cloud-based product.""It helps you keep organized."

Cons
"The standard table capability is substandard and virtually unusable.""The UI is good but bland. It could be updated a bit to make it more modern and interesting to look at.""It would be good if they can continue working towards making documentation and editing as quick and easy as possible. It has got a lot of capability, but I don't know how to use it. I don't find some of the things that intuitive. Sometimes, it doesn't seem obvious to me how to use it, but it is like learning any new tool. You actually need to get trained on the tool to get maximum out of it.""This is kind of by design, however, the lack of control in terms of editing the page to make it look the way you want it to look is an issue. It would be nice if there was more flexibility there.""The product should have a workflow with approvals out-of-the-box.""Space maintenance could be made a little more user-friendly.""I would like to see integration with Slack.""It would be interesting if they had graphical templates that allowed typical agile ceremonies to be documented better."

"The online application is quite limited, for this and other Office offerings.""The file structure insight could be made more flexible like for creating more flexible folders.""If I want to pick out certain criteria of pictures, Google enables me to do that whereas OneDrive is a bit sort of flaky.""The area that can be improved is to be able to share easily with folks outside the organization and with folks who don't have an office account. Sometimes, when you send a link, you might have some form of repetition. If you don't know how to share it properly, whoever you are sharing it with will have issues using it. Also, the link that you use to share a document can be made a bit shorter. It doesn't have to be long. Typically, when you want to share a document, it has everything, such as the name of the organization, SharePoint, etc. A short URL will be easier to use, and it will just make life easier, especially because a lot of people are now going mobile. I'm not sure if there's a mobile version of Microsoft OneDrive, similar to Google Drive. If they don't have a mobile app, it would also be nice to have a mobile app because that would help in checking out your documents. It would be easy to check your documents on the go on your phone.""The user interface sometimes fails and when it cannot connect, it does not give the reason why.""Recent functionality changes have actually made the product more confusing to use.""Technical support is not very impressive and is typical of large company software support.""The initial setup is a bit clunky."

Pricing and Cost Advice
"For us, it's free to use. We don't pay any licensing.""When you purchase this solution you get some support.""The issues I have with the pricing are in respect to the add-ons.""The price of the on-premises data center version is too expensive."

"We pay a lot for the Enterprise version, but it is a premium service.""OneDrive comes with Microsoft 365 so it is just an added part of that package.""It is free if you are using Office 365, and you get a terabyte of storage with your account.""This is a pricy solution, given that we are only using it at 50% capacity."
