Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"Pega is also broadening its landscape by building on top of PRPC (CRM, EPC, etc.), and with a cloud offering available, it is a genuine contender to compete with Salesforce.""Pega Robotic Process Automation's most valuable feature is that it is robust. Additionally, they have plenty of online documents that are good and Pega Academy is helpful, they are doing a great job. They give training on practical use cases. They take domain use cases, and they are great.""The workflow system is very intuitive.""The low-code/no-code development aspect of the solution is great.""The solution's automation handling capability has positively impacted the overall automation process in my experience.""Pega Robotics offers all the required features to build end-to-end process automation like any other similar tools. It's unique development style using data line and control flow line makes it easy to debug through the flow.""User-friendly, easy to understand and has many features including the ability to track.""It helped cut short the release cycle by almost 40% compared to the previous solution."

"Robocorp is based on Python, so you can use Python scripts and create libraries for your use cases. Building libraries and custom scripts for a particular client and general use cases is easy. We can reuse those scripts for other clients, so we start seeing benefits quickly.""It offers high scalability and enables automation in ways that haven't been possible before.""The solution is based on Python which makes it very valuable.""The process execution and all features are very good.""The product has a valuable business process automation feature.""As a developer, I found it easy to integrate third-party applications with Robocorp. I have previous experience with Selenium, and I found the Robocorp framework to be accessible because it uses Python and Selenium keywords.""I like the fact that it's very fast. The processing speed is good, and that's what matters to me. I also like that we don't have to bother with the infrastructure setup. We don't have to care about the status of the data set, as I believe the local group will provide it. We don't care about the licensing model. We only have to care about how long we are using it.""I have worked with UiPath and Automation Anywhere previously. Robocorp offers an improved development style and support as well as flexibility of its tools. You can easily develop custom libraries in Robocorp."

Cons
"Excel connectors need to be improved as there are a few connectors in Excel areas.""The ease-of-use could be improved.""It is still a niche skill and resources are scarce in the market unless big IT companies are involved.""I feel like it doesn't get updated frequently enough. There aren't a lot of new features or a clear roadmap for future improvements.""I would like to see an enhanced auditing feature included.""They have tied the deployment with the Pega BPM product, the robot manager. You need to have the BPM installed.""The development experience needs to be improved.""In this modern world, in this automation space, if Pega could provide more options that are user-friendly and provide a way to quickly develop an automation solution that is drag-and-drop with a minimal coding approach, then it would be great for automation."

More Pega Robotic Process Automation Cons →

"We use the latest version of the process studio and it takes up a lot of CPU storage. In our case, this has been up to 14 GB of storage.""We would also like an integrated PDF reader and better integration with custom solutions. The built-in Excel customization is limited, but we can still accomplish what we want using Python. We must rely on Python to customize processes in Robocorp. I don't know about the latest IDE from Robocorp, but the old one doesn't have a lot of activities.""The solution could be more stable.""There are certain libraries in Python, such as those dealing with PDF automation and word files, that require the presence of certain external dependencies in the environment to be successfully used.""Robocorp is still in development, so most of the keywords are a bit confusing. I have to alter lots of automation steps between processing and development. However, Selenium is due for an update soon, and Robcorp is addressing some of the limitations caused by the previous Selenium version.""I preferred the user interface in the older versions. When troubleshooting, it's sometimes hard to find details about where things went wrong. You need to search a little harder. It takes more clicks to get to where you want to go. It can be somewhat confusing. When you run a process that fails, it takes you somewhere you may not expect.""They should fully develop Robocorp Studio because it would attract a lot of people to the Robocorp platform.""The standard libraries in Robocorp should be more advanced."
