I can't see any useful features in the product since it is the staff members in my company who primarily use the product.

The product has better replication features than the previous products. It is easy for me to migrate VM from one Primera to another. Earlier, we had a lot of challenges. Now we can just do block load storage migration. This process is better. In the past, when we were using traditional hard disks, we always had latency issues, and people would complain about it. It doesn’t happen anymore. Disk failure has been reduced. We do not have any issues since we moved to the flash disk. The product is easy to configure and easy to manage.

The most valuable feature is the ability to provide the IOPS ratio which is required by a lot of our customers.

The most valuable features of the solution depend on the users' infrastructures. If the people use only the SAN environment and there are no replication, TR-069, or NAS requirements, then HPE will try to fit in for such requirements.

The features I like in HPE Primera are similar to the ones offered by NetApp. I prefer to use the features I like and want in NetApp and not in HPE 3PAR or Primera. If people use only the SAN environment in their company, they can go with the NetApp HPE 3PAR or Primera.

HPE Primera's good features include its quality, stability, scalability, and other features that are good for storage. The software is almost all software. Though HPE 3PAR StoreServ claims to use different software, I feel it is the same as HPE Primera. I think that owing to its software, HPE 3PAR StoreServ was sold for almost thirteen or fourteen years by my company. In general, HPE is a very great and stable product. I think that the tool provides stability, and they have service. I think HPE was the first company to use chunklets. HPE is a great solution because it works actively in the production stage for all the use cases where it is currently required. Now, almost every main storage vendor has tools, like IBM EMC.

The most valuable feature of HPE Primera is its performance and simple replication.

The most important thing for us is the IOPS. It's produced because a full flash system is a requirement for us. Last year we used a three-part hybrid solution in our environment and needed some IOPS on our site. HPE Primera met this requirement for us entirely.

It seems sufficient for our environment, but if our requirement increases in two years, then we can plan. So there's no need to make any improvements right now.

Primera's main advantage is its support for NVM drives and normal flash drives. It has some sort of AI analysis that automatically tells us how to optimize the performance.

The most valuable feature of HP Primera is that you don't have to buy an additional product for application replication. This tool offers a feature for replication from the area, allowing you to configure the application with two data centers directly from the software.

Unlike Dell, where you would need to buy a separate RPA for the replication from IT tools ID, with HP Primera, there's no need to invest in new hardware for this purpose. 

The high availability was most valuable because they come with what's called 100% data availability. With special terms, they license and guarantee 100% data availability. That was probably one of the key features or components that HPE was offering with that model.

The data protection is great.

The compression capabilities are quite useful. 

It is pretty easy to set up the product.

It is stable and reliable.

The support and warranty on the hardware is very good.

It is scalable.

HPE Primera provides me with system reliability and 100% data reliability. The storage is good and is consistently reliable and scalable, allowing me to use it whenever needed. The overall performance is great.

The distinction between Primera and Freeport becomes more apparent for us when we implement rollbacks, particularly on-site. In such situations, we've observed that the transition from one side to the other is significantly faster and simpler, whether it's done automatically or manually.

Our customer is happy with HPE Primera. They said they are getting good information and performance from the product. 

The solution is good and has 100 percent availability.

One of the most valuable features is the ease of deployment.

Integration with the compute capacity is good, as this is just the storage component.

Orchestration and management are good.

The performance and capacity-based costs are also good.

Another advantage is that HPE sells everything. This includes all of the capabilities of the hardware, like replication, snapshot, and other specific features. They are all included from the get-go, as opposed to everything being separate and in another budget. When you buy it, you can do whatever you have to be able to do with it out of the box.

There has been a lot of changes in HPE Primera OS, and most of the time any package related to it is simple to upgrade. It does not require any support for the operation. The customer can easily deploy any code directly from the GUI which is very good. Additionally, we have individual storage we can allocate and easily manage.

We really like the HPE infosight. it is an AI driven interface for hybrid cloud. it gives some more insights into any virtualized infrastructure such as performance issues, proactive recommendations etc. for example, get alerts and items of that nature It's been quite helpful so far. 

The performance of the solution is excellent. It performs far better than you would expect.

The initial setup is very straightforward. It's not overly complex. 

It outperforms on latency. It's very fast. We're talking about 0.4 milliseconds. The faster, the fast data works, the faster you'll get the response. This is really low latency; it's a great performance.

The dashboards are very good.  It has a very user-friendly kind of dashboard that is easy to understand. There isn't any complex stuff or too much information. That said, it has deep integration in to HPE Infosight. It gives you so much information, even more than you want.

The customization capabilities are excellent.

What we like most about HPE Primera is that it's an all-flash storage solution, and it's a new generation of storage.

The most valuable feature is the ease of deployment. 

The integration with the compute capacity because this is just the storage side.

The orchestrations and management, and the performance and cost per capacity.

Another advantage is that HPE sells everything. All of the capabilities of the hardware such as replication, snapshot, and the specific features are all included from the start as opposed to being on another license.

When you buy it, you can do whatever you have to, to be able to do with it out of the box.

Data replication and deduplication are the most valuable features. 

My company takes care of the installation phase of the product for our customers, and we also manage the systems for our customers. With HPE Primera, I can say that it is great to have a tool that provides or serves as a single point of visibility for everything.

The product's most valuable feature is the active controller.

The most valuable feature is an all-flash system, which means the data access speed is amazing while the latency is almost nothing, and it can deliver IOPS up to 16,000.

Our customers have given very positive feedback about InfoSign, which is the management software for this solution.

Primera has good performance and the compression is also good.

It integrates well with other software including Docker and Kubernetes.

It is easy to expand.

When taking into account the price, maintenance required, and performance of HPE Primera, it is an effective solution.

HPE Primera is more stable than one of its competitors.

The performance of the solution is good.

The most important thing that we had found when we purchased this product around six months back was its 100% availability and uptime.

The features that I have found most valuable are the artificial intelligence for the storage inside of the software and firmware because customers do not like functionalities that require manual interruption. This feature is very good for the technical work required to move from manual interactive to automatic, because when solutions provide suggestions, improvements, or notifications, and you can click them automatically, this is a good solution.

The performance is very good.

HPE Primera has good integration. All the users are using HP servers and some systems, such as Synergy, which integrate well into the solution.

In my opinion, HPE is making good progress and moving ahead with InfoSight, which is predictive analytics and artificial intelligence. I think that this is one of the selling points for their storage products and it comes at no extra cost.

InfoSight is built by gathering intelligence from all of the storage solutions, worldwide.  If the AI is being used here in Malta, locally, as it would with InfoSight, then it would use baseline data from the whole world to make predictions. It is really robust.

Cases are opened automatically and they give you trend analysis as well.

Anything that helps administratively for a data center is important, and Primera gives you both efficiency and effectiveness.
