TestRail Customer Service and Support
The solution's technical support hasn't resolved one or two of my problems. In general, the solution's technical support is pretty good. The solution's technical support team couldn't resolve some compatibility issues I was facing.
I rate the technical support a seven out of ten.
The technical support must be improved. There is a lot of to and fro before our issues get resolved.
