Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The user interface is pretty good.""I like the integration part, and I also like how they use the database, such as the data when they implement all the data side, and how you can easily integrate it with their widgets.""The most valuable feature is that it is compatible with Visual Studio and .NET, and we can program it. Its speed is very good, and it is also stable and easy to deploy.""With the appropriate governance framework, properly trained business analysts can be empowered to design and build business solutions themselves.""I like all of the features. I like that you can simulate the processes and add the time standard.""The amount of control that this solution provides is great.""Business process modelling and simulation.""It automates a completely manual, complicated process."

"The fact that it allows for the internal sharing of information is very good.""The collaborative environment for long-term archival or record management is great.""OpenText 360's best features are platform independence and its performance when searching large numbers of documents.""The most valuable features are collaboration, traceability, retention of documents, and search.""We have manual processes, so the workflow enables us to automate a number of these processes.""This solution has good connection and we do not need to migrate everything in order to protect the repository.""The most valuable feature of OpenText 360 for SharePoint is its performance. The solution is one of the best in the market if you search the internet.""The product has a strong and easy integration with Teams."

Cons
"Agriculture, Industry.""The performance could use improvement. We couldn't connect the processes to on one file. The performance is an issue for us.""They should improve the migration process between major versions, from version 9 to 10, we had to redo our implementation.""The free version could be better. Some of the templates and all the functionalities aren't available in the free version. I've been trying to check some maps, for example, organizational maps or a model on organization hierarchy. Apparently, there seems to be no template. You have to create your own. I am not sure if there are templates, but I've not really seen any. I think that there's room for improvement.""I think that they could improve their update process. Some of the process mining techniques could be added to Bizagi. I think that they can improve their simulation abilities to include more elements of the BPMN.""The solution was very limited.""Cloud support for their process mapping tool could be better. To map all your processes in any way and call your data, you need to download their on-premise setup or their desktop setup. Cloud support for process mapping is limited, and they should work on that.""It works slowly on the cloud, sometimes."

"They are not going for any add-ons right now. It's the same version we are still using and there is no plan of upgrading and/or creating any add-ons at all.""An area for improvement would be how the platform handles large volumes of documents. It also doesn't provide a very good, robust backup and restore capacity. In the next release, I would like the search technology to be improved.""We have a very good time to market tool, and the development platform should be made user-friendly. Mostly, it's just support.""The platform's workflows could be more intuitive and easier to use.""I would like for there to be even more integrations in the next release and I believe that the price could go down a bit.""If I have to really create an internal knowledge management portal, if I have to compare SharePoint and WordPress, WordPress is far, far better in regard to the SharePoint option.""The user interface could definitely be improved.""OpenText 360 is generally stable, though there are sometimes issues with document size or format."
