The implementation is completed by our organization for our clients.

We have only three people who specialize in backup recovery and hyper-converged solutions. They are good enough. They are able to service all our customers. It is very easy and very straightforward to maintain the solution.

We can deploy Arcserve UDP on the backup server within an hour. Apart from that, the solution takes days to be deployed on a system-oriented platform environment.

We did the implementation of the solution. However, you have to be aware of your systems and have some knowledge.

The deployment is done by a consultant.

We are the consultants who implement it. In terms of staff required for deployment and maintenance, it is really a nice one-person solution.

I am able to handle the installation myself. 

We did the implementation of the StorageCraft ShadowProtect in-house.

The solution does not require a lot of maintenance, but we have two people that can do the maintenance. We update it approximately twice annually.

We perform the deployment of this solution for our customers.

The person handling the backups did it pretty much on his own. He also takes care of its maintenance.
