I give the scalability an eight out of ten. 

I do not recall how much storage we had on the Citrix cloud file storage solution. I am aware that it was a substantial amount, as when I left the organization, there were at least forty gigabytes of files stored there. I am unaware of the threshold, but Citrix offers various pricing plans. Therefore, if more storage was desired, one could simply switch to a different pricing plan. There are 20 terabyte plans if we need them but they are not cheap.

We had 40 people using the solution.

The product can scale well.

Scalability depends on your license. There's no problem adding users or increasing data. 

Since we use a back end NAS to store the files, there has not been a need for any scaling within ShareFile.

The solution is scalable. In both private and public clouds, file storage scales quickly.

We did originally since there were storage limits based on the licensed user count. We never ran out of space but I had to manage storage much more closely. When we moved to the new pricing model (2015?), the storage allocation was increase dramatically and I haven't had to actively manage storage as a result.

It is very scalable. In my department it's in the enterprise space, allowing you to have very large file shares. 

Your on-premises shared files, or third party applications can also be mounted. 

Your file shares from any location can be mounted with an add-on.

We have several clients. SMB clients have anywhere from 10 to 50 users. Our mid-market clients have 100 to 250 users, and our enterprise clients have anywhere from 100 to more than 2000.

Mostly in India, we have Semi Mid-Market clients (SME).

We have not encountered any scalability issues.
