We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"It is quite a stable solution.""I find Bizagi so user friendly. I also think that its modeling abilities are great and it's easy to teach them to new users.""Bizagi is flexible. I can share things with other consultants because it is the most commonly used software in my community. It has been a great and good resource for us in making sure that we adhere to the process.""Your team can work on it having basic training about databases and BPM modeling.""This is a free solution that allows us to create quality visualizations for our company.""The tool helps to improve business processes and have better KPIs. Also, it is easy to use. Our developers find it easy to learn.""In Bizagi, all of the features are valuable.""Great software for managing my business. I think this is the best business process management software."

"The product has a flexible interface for development.""The interface of the solution is very user friendly and it is easily accessible via a simple URL. This makes it easier to complete the UI based tasks but using other features require expertise in languages like Java. But along with that, there are limitation in terms of network connectivity testing and administrator faces regular challenges in conducting connectivity tests due to these limitations.""This is a user-friendly solution where scripts can be made with ease. There are also many integration options, including Microsoft products, which gives the product a competitive edge.""Employee onboarding, de-boarding, and other service-provision features make the process easier and it saves us a lot of time.""The data visualization is good.""The solution effectively automates business processes.""Orchestration is commonly utilized by major corporations. The process of linking methods in ServiceNow, known as the RTS chain to parent methods, is executed seamlessly and efficiently. It's quite impressive and significant in its impact.""It's scalable."

Cons
"The free version could be better. Some of the templates and all the functionalities aren't available in the free version. I've been trying to check some maps, for example, organizational maps or a model on organization hierarchy. Apparently, there seems to be no template. You have to create your own. I am not sure if there are templates, but I've not really seen any. I think that there's room for improvement.""It would be useful if we can connect Bizagi to other solutions, such as a local financial solution or Power BI. It would also be good and helpful to be able to connect Bizagi to some services solutions. It should also support right-to-left languages, such as Arabic.""Bizagi's UI should include shorter steps for documenting controls, documenting properties, changing some attributes in the object, and adding additional text.""They should improve the migration process between major versions, from version 9 to 10, we had to redo our implementation.""The product used to have a simulation feature, which I had used quite often. However, it's since been discontinued. It might have originally been a paid feature. It would be nice if they could bring it back and offer it for free.""When you start working with information modeling, et cetera, here is no really good solution for the data modeling and information modeling.""Can be difficult for new users.""The solution needs to make it easier to use RPA products on it. They may need an RPA specific interface. It would be better than having to make an RPA tool to use for viewing. Most of our work is about making RPA tools with the Bizagi, not using Bizagi itself."

More Bizagi Cons →

"There should be connectors to cover at least the top industry applications, and they should be easier to configure in a plug-and-play fashion.""Efficiency of some features could be improved.""The flow rate for releases and updates is very, very slow and does not meet customers' objectives for scalability.""The automatic remediation needs enhancement, particularly integrating ServiceNow with tools like SolarWinds and Logic Monitor. It is functional, but it needs improvement.""There is still room for more integrations. Or, it would be nice to bundle multiple products together rather than selling everything as a model as that turns out to be a bit costly.""There can be gaps in integration.""Frequent upgrades may negatively impact the performance of instances. Therefore, for now, I don't recommend any additional upgrades.""I would like a user experience module to be added."

Pricing and Cost Advice
  • "Pricing is good value for money."
  • "For the prices, we didn't try a negotiations about licensing or pricing, but if i can say a word about this, I find Bizagi prices to be well thought out."
  • "The modeler itself is free. For the whole BPM suite, there are other options that may be better."
  • "It is on par with other BPM tools, but not as expensive as Pega nor Appian."
  • "If they can freeze the pricing in a contract, I advise them to do so."
  • "I think that its price is reasonable."
  • "This solution would be expensive for a company that has a lot of users."
  • "The Bizagi modeler can be downloaded free of charge."
  • More Bizagi Pricing and Cost Advice →

  • "In terms of price, this solution is at the higher end of what you'll find."
  • "This is an expensive product, but it is the best in the market considering the features and lack of competitors."
  • "ServiceNow doesn't give a clear cost indication. They have different contracts with different organizations and it's all about negotiation, so you don't know how they are doing at the cost level."
  • "The solution is costly and orchestrations are very expensive."
  • "It is quite expensive because we've had some customers come back and say it's quite pricey because in order for them to go ahead with Orchestration, they must have already been paying for Discovery, service mapping, and a few other things."
  • "The cost of the solution is based on the number of plugins, conductors and integrations used and is charged annually. The licensing cause has been increasing gradually which makes it difficult to access. Initially offer free features but over the time the charges rise which make it an expensive solution with limited features. Along with that, the integration issues persist and require additional middle where and internet connectivity for effective usage."
  • "It is not very expensive."
