"I think that the workflow and automation features are quite good."
"Mendix code and coding logic are very visual. It looks like a flow chart rather than lines of code. Rapid development is what drew us to Mendix."
"There is a free version of the solution you can use."
"Suite allows you to easily and smoothly integrate with pretty much anything. It is also cloud-enabled. It provides a full Cloud Foundry-driven cloud environment with one-click deployment."
"The features that I have found most valuable with Mendix are its business process management and its minimal low code, both from an interface perspective and from a process perspective."
"The user experience is great."
"They are leading in the smart manufacturing, and connectivity space."
"ITOM Discovery is a great feature."
"ServiceNow can document and produce a historical working tool that deals with projects themselves. The user interface is another strong suit."
"The tool helps to automate IT service management processes. It's the market-leading technology. It can provide the company with chatbots and a unique process or workflow orchestration. It can be customized to the customer's specific needs, enabling semi-automatic or full automation processes. It integrates fully with SAP and offers a wide range of advantages for both us and our clients."
"It can integrate anywhere, and you can make any kind of workflow."
"ServiceNow Now Platform is quite useful, scalable, and flexible. The user interface is very good."
"The integration with other tools is pretty good."
"What I like most about the ServiceNow Now Platform is the flexibility of using JavaScript. I also like that the platform allows custom scripting, server-side scripting, and client-side scripting. Another valuable feature in the ServiceNow Now Platform is the Flow Designer which allows dragging and dropping code, and low code activities."
"ServiceNow offers a lot of features when it comes to IT service management and IT operations management. What interested me in ServiceNow was that a lot of service management."
"Mendix is great for internal applications but not so great for a public-facing interface. It lacks a proper directory structure for public use. The URL will not change from page to page unless a deep link is created for each page. That makes it difficult to bookmark pages in the browser to view later on."
"The code refactoring tools could be better, especially for applications running for years. It's not bad, but it could be smoother. Also, writing new widgets can be trickier than it should be for some people, but not if you're familiar with Mendix."
"Mendix needs to think about itself offering machine learning and artificial intelligence."
"I would like to see more documentation as well as how-to documents."
"I struggle with solutions like Mendix in terms of creating enterprise solutions."
"Overall, integration with the enterprise ecosystem needs improvement."
"It could use a more comprehensive widget creation studio in the IDE."
"What is lacking is the support of higher level modeling features, like the modeling you do is relatively low level, yet it is still close to programming. We would like to see a more business-oriented modeling environment, like BPMN."
"The solution is very expensive."
"When it comes to integration, it can be complex compared to other tools I'm currently using."
"There are a few areas of concern when it comes to the product's support team where improvements are required."
"The basic reporting system is rather static."
"What I didn't like in the ServiceNow Now Platform is testing, particularly with Visual Studio. It had a bad integration with Visual Studio because you can't compile and run it from there. You have to debug on your own and then find out where the error is through test scripts. The testing component in the ServiceNow Now Platform isn't that great. What I'd like to see in the next version of the ServiceNow Now Platform is an improvement in testing and writing scripts, and if there was a feature to just run it from the modules, then that would be great, instead of finding the error manually and checking where it is."
"They should reduce the solution's cost and make it more affordable for buyers."
"The solution doesn't allow users to create custom tables, which would be a big improvement."
"The price is a bit high and can be a bit of a barrier for some customers."
