Deployment was mostly handled by the infrastructure team for security reasons.

The solution does require maintenance. Currently, we have a team of 17 engineers working on all the integration applications we have, both onshore and offshore.

Depending on the agreement that we have with the clients, we sometimes take care of the maintenance, and other times we jointly work with MuleSoft's professional services team.

We did our implementation in-house.

The solution's deployment is pretty straightforward and doesn't take much time. The solution has a beautiful UI, and you can directly deploy from your IDE to your instances. Generally, it takes 15 to 20 minutes for one application to be deployed. They have some plugins available directly with which you can deploy them for both CloudHub and RTF.

Two people can deploy the solution in two days.

With ready API, the solution can be deployed within a few minutes. If you don't have an API at all, a day will be enough to deploy a very simple but useful API from scratch.

The solution's deployment takes around five to seven minutes maximum.

Firstly, we have to understand how we can integrate with the clients provided, then build the proxies of APIs and deploy from Anypoint Studio to CloudHub. A single person was required to deploy the solution.

MuleSoft was involved in deployment on the initial setup of our deployment. And they were involved in the setup of the deployment processes like CI/CD (Continuous Information Continuous Delivery) practices. That's another good point that they have is strength in working through the deployment processes.

It was not so easy to do the configuration, but they supported us by helping to set up all the things we needed. In all, it was not just a push of a button. The cloud solution itself is nothing to start because you don't need to deploy it, but you need to do configuration before you start using it.

We had our own technical team that managed the implementation process.

As integrators, we can set up the solution for our clients. 

We used an integrator that helped us with the initial part of the setup.

We can handle the implementation ourselves. If a company has someone who is well-versed in the solution, they can likely do their own deployment. However, there is some complexity. There needs to be a good understanding of the product and its administration. This is very important especially if you plan to deploy in a hybrid environment. 

We are a consulting group and deploy and maintain this solution for our clients.

There are several of us and the company founder and CEO is a techie, so this is his line of business.

We had consultants assist us with the implementation.

I worked at a MuleSoft implementation partner in the past that did full implementations and support as well as enabling a customer in-house IT team on the platform.

As far as my experience goes, the vendor team is also strong.
