Sometimes it is useless in the analysis, especially if you specify that the device turns off or restarts by itself. It would take a quick way to bypass the initial analysis process and go directly to sending a new DefensePro.

Technical support is okay. I had some trouble in the registration account prior to deployment, but it was fixed. They were not very fast or responsive, however. It took about one week to resolve the issue.
