Works

We use HelloID for ourselves and our customers. It helps us manage all access to our applications. In our situation, we have a HelloID portal and our clients also have a HelloID portal. When our clients need support, our employees are able to access the client portal without the need to log in. This is very useful.

Works

We provide virtual workspaces for small to medium-sized organizations. Because we don't have many service desk employees (and we don't like to do support ;) ), we use HelloID to automate every repetitive task we can imagine. Also, we use HelloID as our SSO solution.

Another feature we use is Multi-factor authentication with the authenticator apps.
