View full review »The best part of Kofax is that they have a whole concept. It's one product, but also has extra elements that can be integrated. If you take the whole package, with the extra products you can digitize it using RPA and also by using the other products they provide.

The OCR is quite stable and flexible. It was able to recognize hundreds of items in some of the use cases.
At times it was equal to ABBYY. ABBYY is definitely a leader in OCR from what I understand, although I haven't worked with it.
They also have good integration tools.

I haven't been exposed to the solution on a micro-level. Our senior technicians would be able to better answer the question about valuable features.
The pricing is quite good.
Kofax has already had the capabilities in terms of the OCR performance so that's one of the strong features.
The drag and drop functionality is quite good.
The solution allows for integrations, which is quite helpful.
