Pros
"Microsoft Dynamics CRM brings the most value in terms of its ease of implementation.""The most valuable features of Microsoft Dynamics CRM are its easy operations and functionality.""Multifeatured CRM software with good stability and scalability.""The history of engagement with our customers, including all conversations, has been most valuable when using this solution.""Compared to other partners, the most valuable aspect of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is its intuitive APIs, which are customizable and allow for the addition of multiple parameters and attributes. This feature enhances the purpose call in our services. Additionally, the learning curve for contact center agents using Microsoft Dynamics CRM is shorter than with other solution providers. Finally, the commercial aspects of Microsoft Dynamics CRM are superior to those of other solution providers.""The most valuable features of Microsoft Dynamics CRM are all the filters and possible reports.""This is a scalable solution.""The stability is excellent."

"The tool's most valuable features are its integration with various scanners, OCR capability, and ability to populate the system with a lot of information. We use the workload automation feature occasionally.""The merchandising part is where the business user adds and configures permissions, which is quite important for us.""The most valuable features are all the promotion capabilities and the tiered-pricing capabilities.""The features that help us to change the product and pricing are good. Cons
"Microsoft Dynamics could have better note-taking capabilities. It should have more preset options where you enter notes by clicking a box instead of writing them out.""It could be less complicated for smaller organizations.""Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be far superior if it had an analytical dashboard and AI-based systems.""It lacks to provide a more detailed profile of the customer, which would have been better and more useful.""The integration capability with other systems could be improved, particularly the Lead Generation system.""The solution could have better dashboards and the Microsoft operating system could be more intuitive.""We would like to see the tech support for this product improved, at present we are frequently waiting for a couple of days before we receive any response.""Microsoft Dynamics CRM can improve by adding more artificial intelligence. Additionally, they should add more modules, such as account-based management, that are available on other platforms such as salesforce.com."

More Microsoft Dynamics CRM Cons →

"So far, with Oracle ATG, I haven't seen any good cloud-based solutions.""Oracle has a cloud solution, but some on-prem features are not available in the cloud version.""One drawback is that the tool could be more agile in adding new features. Since the product is very big, new features aren't added continuously. However, it already meets most of our requirements for day-to-day use.""There should be some sort of native integration. All the integrations that we build are completely customized. There should also be a mechanism for user surveys and product reviews. As of now, I don't see any feature related to these. It must have a provision for doing customer surveys and allowing customers to give product feedback. If I have a customer who purchased something on the website, there has to be a mechanism for a company to capture the feedback. This feature is currently not there. Similarly, if a customer wants to do a review of the product, there is no native feature for that."

Pricing and Cost Advice
  • "We have to buy a separate license in order to implement the social listening feature."
  • "It's kind of pricey. It's about $50 or $60 per user."
  • "I am not the person who pays for Microsoft Dynamics CRM but it is expensive. I have been using Microsoft Azure, which Microsoft Dynamics CRM is built on, and I know we prepaid for the services. For me as a consumer, I do not think I can afford it, mainly because I am only learning how to use the AI and the rate which they charge is high. In general, Microsoft solutions are expensive and this is most likely due to the brand, this is something you expect. However, the price might be high but you receive a highly secure solution."
  • "There is a license required to use Microsoft Dynamics CRM."
  • "The price of the solution is good but could be cheaper."
  • "We have a three-year ELA with all our Microsoft solutions and often we had to do a true-up which was approximately $1,000,000. Additionally, we pay approximately $2,500 a month for support."
  • "Pricing for this software could be cheaper."
  • "The solution is open source and is free. However, it does require a Dynamics 365 subscription."
