The most valuable features of this solution are dependency management, milestone progress, multiple resource rates, and RAG views.Dependencies (not typically effectively used in "Agile" techniques) allow understanding of actual project status and challenges.The project tracking, resource utilization and the cost are the most beneficial aspects of this solution.I find the planning features the most valuable to me.They have begun to improve with the new cloud integration.It's most useful feature is that it interfaces with Project Server so we can, from my perspective, from a portfolio perspective, we can see across the organization.

Projects do not take as long and meetings take less time, since you know the status of developments or tests.It can be used online or as an application from anywhere.You receive notifications if mentioned on a card.It helped us to organize project information and assign tasks to team members properly.

Cons
I would like to see the inclusion of multi-currency support.This solution needs more templates focused on types of projects to ease setup.There have been some drawbacks with customization. Some users want it to be an automation tool.I find that MS Project has limited control in comparison to other solutions in the same sphere.There needs to be better integration with other Microsoft products such as SharePoint, and the like.Tech support needs improvement.The scalability is co-dependent on the stability of the product. We have 4000 users, and at times the product is slow.The packaging of Microsoft Project Professional is pretty simple as a product. But, the end-to-end enterprise is complex.

In the card area, you should not be able to modify so easily what is already written, as this can cause loss of information.Users should be able to log their time against the tasks and visual reports should be available in Trello for time spent.
