Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The product offers a lot of information which we can share with systems.""SAP SuccessFactors Learning's most valuable features are accessibility and updated UX. The solution can be accessed from outside of the office network and the user's experience is good.""The interface is really friendly, and the training embedded in it is very easy to use, explore, and search. The catalog is pretty strong.""I find the user interface user-friendly compared to the initial application.""The most valuable features of the solution were the deployment and onboarding.""The learning features are great.""SAP SuccessFactors Learning is highly scalable.""One valuable aspect of SAP SuccessFactors Learning is its stability and established customer base, particularly evident in modules like Employee Central."

"We use the platform for tasks, including applying for leaves, communication, and adhering to our organization's policies through efficient goal setting and reviews.""Performance and good usability are the two most valuable features of this solution.""The most valuable features of the solution are the usability, learning, and compliance tools.""It stores everything for the employee. It has also been able to store the information that we use for our payroll demand.""It's intuitive, a very usable tool and it's easy to find the data you're looking for.""It is fairly easy to set up""The software is easy to learn and use. When compared to SAP HR and SAP HCM, the tool is easy to access and understand. We have a hierarchy and structural connectivity in Workday. Cons
"The product needs to improve its escalation system.""Licensing is a major challenge in the solution.""This solution does not support right to left for the Arabic Language, and the Arabic text support is very bad.""The product must make the integrations more seamless.""I am talking about SAP in general, so there are multiple screens that you have to go through, and it takes some time to get used to it.""SAP SuccessFactors Learning's e-learning portal has a very poor interface when compared to Cornerstone or PeopleFluent. It's a very basic interface, but I know that it has a very good foundation.""The solution should have a more user-friendly dashboard because its current dashboard is not so great.""What needs improvement in SAP SuccessFactors Learning is the user interface. The user management and the integration of the whole suite could also be improved. The solution also needs to be modernized because at the moment, it's a little bit outdated. It's old-fashioned, and though it has a data import feature, that's just plain outdated. SAP SuccessFactors Learning doesn't have any cutting-edge features."

More SAP SuccessFactors Learning Cons →

"I'm not sure they have added this feature yet, but there should be a cellphone version, so we do not need to do it on a laptop. I'd like to log in on a cellphone and have the same features. I'm not sure if that is already available or if it's on the roadmap, but that would be a great feature.""One potential feature that could be added is the ability to streamline business processes through quick tips and guided tours. This would allow for a smoother and more guided experience for colleagues as they navigate through different processes and steps. It would be similar to a guidance system or a step-by-step tutorial that could be added after the business process to guide users through it.""I would be happy if it was faster. Currently, when I try to navigate within the solution itself, it is a bit slow in terms of the page load time. When I click on something, it usually takes time to load. When you click on different icons or areas on the website, it is slow. Even when you navigate between different models, it is a bit slow. I would like to see a bit faster performance and a better user experience.""In a future release we could like to have access to asset, supply and treasury management functionalities.""The price could be lower.""This solution could be made easier to use by continuing to release new improvements.""It is good that much of the development is based on community input but often that can lead to details being ignored and small, nagging issues are ignored.""My opinion is that this solution can improve the overall integrations and add more automation. I think anything that could be on a self-serve basis would work quite well."

Pricing and Cost Advice
  • "A company is required to pay annual licensing fees."
  • "SAP SuccessFactors Learning is an on-premise solution, there is a one-time fee, which will be given by a company during the implementation. Additionally, there are support fees, which are annual."
  • "The price of SAP SuccessFactors Learning could be better, it is expensive. There is an annual subscription. It's overpriced for small enterprises."
  • "The licensing cost for SAP SuccessFactors Learning is rather expensive, but it's not the only SAP tool my company uses in the suite, so it's very hard to compare prices."
  • "The solution is expensive, but it's a good product."
  • "The pricing changes and the license amount is quite costly."
  • "The additional costs in the solution are based on usage and in regard to the functionalities or services leveraged."
  • "I rate the price for SAP SuccessFactors Learning an eight out of ten, with ten being the highest."

  • "With a bigger budget, I would recommend SAP."
  • "Workday is an expensive solution."
  • "You have the license fee per module, and then you have a kind of annual training fee, which is a kind of add-on. I wouldn't say it is exhaustive; it is minor. Licensing is pretty transparent for most of the part."
  • "The pricing is good from an HR perspective, although management gets upset after spending $500,000 a year, every year."
  • "Its price is pretty high. It is more expensive than what is offered by other competitors in the market."
  • "It has an annual subscription rate, but I'm not sure how it will work."
  • "The pricing for this solution is fairly high. It is not affordable for small and mid-sized companies."
  • "By and large, Workday is expensive. It is based on the headcount. I'd probably rate it a three or four out of five in terms of pricing. It'd be like buying a Mercedes or a high-end car. It's expensive, but there's a specific value that you're getting with additional features and things of that nature. Using that metaphor, Workday probably tends to be more of a luxury. There are others like ADP that can do your payroll, your time off, and other things, but they don't do it as well."
