We're an internationalĀ help desk for companies, all primarily from a certainĀ location. We're able to quickly log into anyone's computer using GoToAssist. We're also able to set up unattended sessions that allow us to get into computers immediately, whether the person is actually there or not if there's something that we need to do, which is especially helpful with servers.
