IQ Bot is quite user-friendly. And the drag-and-drop option is there, which makes the developer more comfortable. Another valuable feature is whatever the code has been developed, it can be reused. Most of the codes we have had as a repository, and we reuse those codes. So that option is available, which is really very useful.

PDF classification and basic data extraction are useful features.

The most valuable feature of IQ Bot is the Discovery Bots. They can detect and analyze for improvements.

I am satisfied with the product. The product has prebuilt models. If I upload a file, it automatically identifies the invoice number and other fields I require. I do not have to train the solution.

If a customer requires some fields that are not part of their model, I have to fetch them for the customer. If I use the product by uploading an invoice, the product gives me 18 out of the 20 fields the customer requires. It is the biggest benefit for me. 

The product is easy to use and easy to deploy. It is a low-code and no-code platform. Even non-technical persons can do the validations of the document.

IQ Bot is relatively easy to use and develop. The solution's accuracy is similar to the standard, best products in the market.

What I found most valuable in IQ Bot is its stability because it's now getting very much stable. Automation Anywhere is continuously enhancing this product. Initially, while my team was doing the PDF automation training in IQ Bot, sometimes, the solution doesn't extract the data, but now, you can easily group the software in different folders and you can integrate with TaskBot easily.

Another valuable feature of IQ Bot is data extraction. The solution makes it easy to fetch data and extract data from PDFs. Without IQ Bot, it's very tough to do PDF data extraction. Now, I can extract data from more than five hundred templates easily through the solution.

I also like that IQ Bot has great functionality.

The best feature is that we can extract data from an image. That's why Automation Anywhere implemented IQ Bot. Otherwise, you cannot extract data from an image. Nowadays, every industry is scanning invoices and uploading them to some website or storing them on some shared drive. IQ Bot can do data extraction from the PDF format and the JPG format.

The most valuable feature of IQ Bot is that it allows me to create a learning instance or create groups multiple times based on the number of periods required, which is an advantage of using IQ Bot.

IQ Bot has the ability to easily capture objects. The latest version is far ahead of the competition. Most of the features are excellent, valuable, and easy to handle.

I love IQ Bot. I can extract any type of document. It doesn't matter if we have a background image in the document if it's a colorful document. It doesn't matter. I can extract and work with it regardless. I can train all the instances and properly adjust, inject Python code to find entities, and so on, and so forth. 

IQ Bot is a powerful technology. It's a very, very powerful technology. It's 100% integrated with Automation Anywhere Enterprise without any type of API. When you use Foundation AI and ABBYY, you need to consume APIs or you need to install an integration pack, however, when you work with IQ Bot it's very straightforward. You just consume all your instances very fast.

It is a simple tool. We can put it in the document framework and extract the data. The success rate is 60 to 70%. It is the market standard.

With IQ Bot, we can transform an unstructured or digital document into structured data. It was our first experience using software to transform digital information into structured data.

It has a lot of great features.

The solution has been quite stable.

IQ Bot uses AI technology to extract data from PDF files by analyzing and splitting a particular PDF file into separate groups.

The extraction feature is the most valuable. Because the post-processing and the pre-processing are very standardized, even from a classification point of view, things are fairly simple, as you still need somebody to feed the data. But, the place where I found the IQ Bots to be a par change in comparison with the other solutions is on the Extraction piece, as it uses good and middle technologies to extract the specific data that we require from the documents.

It is very easy to set up and use this tool to get information from documents. It can get the information about the purchase order number, average, description of purchase orders in several formats without any problem.

IQ Bot's best features are its variety of outputs and how it handles structured documents.

The ability to differentiate between documents is a valuable feature.

I like most of the algorithms that it has, such as classified algorithms. I also like the OCR engines that it provides. We get a lot of options to explore and deal with. IQ Bot has added a lot of value in terms of extracting the information. Some OCR engines have limitations in terms of extracting the information.

They have recently added a new feature that allows us to add Python scripting. Earlier, we had to do the post-processing work in terms of formatting and updating the proper values, but now, we have the option to write a Python script, which is really helpful for us in terms of getting the output. We can manage everything using Python.

The valuable feature of IQ Bot is the AI functionality.

IQ Bot is a useful and easy-to-use tool. It is powerful in making a running instance. Moreover, its ability to work with Automation Anywhere is also useful and makes it easy to use.

We have been using it only for two months, and so far, it is working fine. It is easy to use.

The flexibility to deploy based on the different types is the most valuable. We can deploy pieces of the program directly over the fields. We can also directly connect with databases. We can modify it and make different connections with the database.

We are also able to programmably modify the fields and change the presentation and values or evaluate a list of values. We can change the values on the fly.

It is very flexible and very easy to use and learn. It is also very simple.

The single platform capabilities are most valuable. I don't need to go to another third-party such as Blue Prism or UiPath. They have all these other bolt-on solutions. It is a part of the Automation Anywhere platform. It is all integrated.

The ability to train itself is a good, valuable feature. It is one of the most stable RPA products at present.

Installation is easy for IQ Bot, and they provide good technical support.

I'm also happy with the pricing.

I would say that the best feature is that it has native automation for the US. At the end of the day, you still have to do the same amount of coding to actually pull that data into your code, but with the automation, you are sending it to part of the same kernel, or the same interface, and that makes it much easier. Because I've seen sometimes that they say that even ABI can go with BPA, at least according to the label. But with less than 300 BPA, I see that it's not really possible. Same with the kernel. If there are a lot of tables and frames, it messes it up. But that doesn't happen for IQ Bot.

The most valuable feature is the cognitive ability, as it will learn an interface that it is not familiar with and perform in the way that a human does.

I really like the user interface.

The Optical Character Recognition (OCR) capability is one feature I would like to highlight. Whenever we want to create something from the previous documents or images, the OCR feature enables us to do that job easily.

The ease that it provides in extracting vendor invoices, without having to configure them, was the reason for which we had gone with a solution.

Feature-wise it's good.

A very important feature is the efficiency with which it was able to categorize the different data types and the format. Also, the OCR was good. The efficiency of the optical connector reader or OCR was good enough for our usage. 

I personally feel that the "See extraction" feature is valuable. After training it for a particular document, we can see the extractions there. Other than that, it has other features like Python scripting in-built, and these are the features that I feel stand out.

Training the model is very simple with IQ Bot's technology. It requires providing several examples of the type of document you want to evaluate. IQ Bot already has a built-in taxonomy, which is like a dictionary of elements commonly found in certain types of documents. For example, when evaluating an invoice, you will find elements, such as "total," "item descriptions," and "shipped to." This pre-existing taxonomy greatly speeds up the training process as it provides a starting point and structure, rather than starting from scratch.

I think the product identifies really well and training is quite simple. Because of the templatization it directly slots in the company name, and other basics that are all pre-defined. Training time is minimal as a result. 

The most valuable feature is the ease of use and the new feature that makes it possible to integrate the platform with Google. We also like having the ability to use Python for validation.

IQ Bot is a good extraction tool. The most valuable feature of IQ Bot is that any user can customize it on their own, and they don't need to get in touch with Automation Anywhere.

The way that the learning combines with the OCR is the solution's most valuable aspect.

Our mainframe-based and web-based projects are working well, with no issues.

The most valuable feature is the intelligence it has with the ability to read the customer sales order and convert it into our own, despite minor changes in format. It is able to intelligently decipher those changes and I think that it's quite useful.

I like that it has all the AI capabilities. For example, if we have an invoice in a particular format, but then on the next day the format, for instance, the location of the invoice number, has changed, IQ Bot has the capability to identify those changes and remap its settings accordingly. It also has the ability to learn.

IQ Bot's most valuable feature is data migration, including Word format and legacy document templates.

The most valuable feature is the cognitive, self-learning component that understands the undefined templates. 

The detection or extraction of data from the images in PDFs is the feature that I use the most.

It is a good solution in terms of how easily you can administer or manage this tool. It is quite easy to use, and it is powerful in terms of what it can do.

It's quite easy to use, you just have to map the filter to keep it going.

One of the issues we have is being able to detect a variety of texts or dates that are written differently depending on the invoice, so character recognition, OCR, is a very good feature.
