Moogsoft is on the cloud. It is scalable as much as you want. You don't need to do anything because it's in autoscaling mode. If you need instances to grow further, they're available to you readily.

We are piloting with three teams and four customers internally and externally, respectively.

I rate the solution's scalability a nine out of ten.

The tool is scalable. About 70 customers were able to run on the tool's single instance. My company has customers spread across various industries, including FMCG, and  hospitality. 

We're using Moogsoft as part of an enterprise solution, not just in my department but for other departments. We're just in the early stage of learning and deploying everything and I would love to have that process be a bit faster. Maybe that's something which we need to improve in terms of our configuration, I don't know. But the scalability is something which is either something I'd like to see improved or something which needs better documentation about how it should be configured. 

Our user base should be in the hundreds eventually. Now not that many are using it, but potentially there will be many more.  If it goes as fas and as well as I'd like, it may be around a thousand people or so. But I think, as a solution, scalability is more about the devices it will handle than the users.

Companies always draw a line for the limitation of a tool because they want to save themselves from any further issues. It depends on the hardware you are using and what you're using to run the core processes. It depends on if you have high bandwidth, the memory you're using, the GBs and terabytes of the storage you're using, and if you are using an advanced capable processor.

I cannot give you an exact figure because I've never seen any issue or any limitation with scalability. We are using it in a shared environment as a task. We are using the tool as a service. We have more than 50 customers and millions of alerts are coming in every day, and we have never faced any issues.

We have not tried to scale or expand usage. Our operations team has about 200 people and they are monitoring staff.

As it's in the cloud and hosted, scalability is not an issue at all. It grows and shrinks with our fluid environment.

We've had no issues with the scalability.
