I recommend it for smaller and medium-sized businesses. It is very well-known in the region and visible in the market.

For larger organizations, I haven't had the chance to recommend it because they are already using other IT tools. Mostly, they use SailPoint or a mix of tools like SailPoint and Saviynt.

Overall, I would rate the solution a seven out of ten. 

It's a major integration scenario between SAP and the non-SAP identity management engine. The solution has a functionality called SoD check. The ease of integration of the solution with the existing IT infrastructure of an organization depends on the implementer’s familiarity and comfort with the process.

My organization has a turnover of 25 billion. We have a complex and feature-rich IT landscape. Some of the ideas behind the product’s capabilities are attractive, but some of the implementation parts are not transparent. I do not recommend it to anyone. Overall, I rate the product a six out of ten.

I rate Saviynt a seven out of ten. It is not fully customizable. I advise others to work as a customer consultant apart from being an integrator.

The choice of software depends on your infrastructure. If your current setup is entirely on-premise, I would recommend opting for IGA. It offers more flexibility and compatibility in such a context, although it also supports cloud integrations. Conversely, if your infrastructure is purely cloud-based, such as being a recently established company fully operating on the cloud, a SaaS product like IdentityNow or Saviynt would be more suitable. Additionally, the decision may be influenced by the size of your employee or user base.

In terms of solutions and features, it's definitely a ten. However, when considering flexibility, feasibility of integrations, and from a developer standpoint, I would lean towards Saviynt. So, for an overall rating, I would prefer to assess each category individually rather than generalizing. If I were to rate Savient as a total product, it would be around eight or nine. From the employer's perspective, considering that it helps mitigate and identify various challenges, I would give it a decent rating of eight or nine.

My advice for anybody who is considering Saviynt is that if you want to be successful with the product, you need to find a good implementation partner.

Regarding integration capabilities with other IT systems, I believe Saviynt is effective, as they offer integration with several prebuilt solutions. However, I haven't handled the integration aspect personally, as our experienced technical team takes care of those tasks.

We collaborate with leaders in the market and have extensive experience working with a variety of prominent companies. Our clientele includes government institutions, private sector entities, mining companies, airlines, and companies in the banking and financial sectors.

I rate the overall product an eight out of ten.

If cost is a concern and you have a small user base without a dedicated IT team, proceed with  Saviynt. Because it manages everything, only the console is accessible to the customer.

I would rate Saviynt an eight out of ten. You need to understand your business requirement and pay for the features that you require.

Saviynt is deployed inside the company network through a third party.

I don't have information on why my company decided to go with Saviynt, but my company has a very good expectation of the tool, as far as I know.

Compared to other IdM tools, I'm recommending Saviynt to colleagues, friends, and others. If you have a background or if you're working with any IdM tool, it'll be easy for you. If you don't know IdM, Saviynt offers training sessions, and if you go through training, it'll take a week or so for you to learn how the tool works. Compared to other tools, you'll have a lot of confidence accessing Saviynt because it's a pretty straightforward tool. You won't have any conflicts with it because it's an easy system. It's a user-friendly tool.

My rating for Saviynt is eight out of ten, and I can't give it a ten because its 
services were not up to the mark. I faced that issue personally, though nowadays, the solution has improved. Over the past year, my company faced some difficulties with Saviynt. For example, some of the onboarding projects have been blocked due to responses from Saviynt. These issues happen, so eight is the rating I'm giving to the tool. It's not the best tool you can have, but it's a tool you can go with.

Considering the initial cost and the basic features, this is a good solution that provides integration with both on-premise and cloud applications. I would rate this solution as six out of ten.

My advice to anybody who is considering this solution is that if your user base is small and you do not require a great deal of customization, then this is the best tool.

I rate Saviynt a six out of ten.

It is worth trying because everyone knows how SailPoint works and what are its limitations. There are also niche players, such as Okta, but Saviynt is worth trying. Saviynt can give you whatever you are getting from SailPoint or Okta.

I would rate it a seven out of ten.

The advice I might give to someone who is new to Saviynt is to be aware of Freshdesk. It is the community area for Saviynt users. It is good to have that community as there will be people wondering about the same questions and it makes it easier to find out the answer.  

One thing I noticed about other popular products like SAP or Microsoft Azure, is that when there is a large user-base you can Google a question and most likely you will find the answer somewhere. Saviynt's profile and usage is still expanding. It is not always so easy that you can just Google a question to find your answer. Freshdesk can provide a way to fill that gap.  

On a scale from one to ten (where one is the worst and ten is the best), I would rate my experience with Saviynt so far as maybe only a four-out-of-ten. This is my personal ranking from what I have experienced with the product. Be mindful that the rating reflects that I am in the process of discovering the tool. For example, one of the key selling points of Saviynt is the SoD module, which we have not deployed yet. I can only provide feedback on what I know to date. I think SoD is going to be a really important feature and I look forward to when it will be deployed in our environment. At that stage the rating may change.  

I rate this solution an eight out of ten. Regarding advice, don't commit to the use case before you know about the savings because the SaaS product works differently than on-premises products.

From a project management perspective, a potential user needs to ensure they have their requirements very clear and on a detailed level in order to perform the right RSP. Otherwise, at least check whether the product meets the necessary requirements.

I'd rate the solution at a seven out of ten.

I rate this solution nine out of 10.

I would recommend Saviynt to clearly identify this solution. If you can do the proof of value first, then go for the implementation. Based on limited exposure, I would rate it at eight out of ten.

It's certainly a very worthwhile and solid product. I think organizations need to understand what they're trying to achieve before they start these projects. If they're looking for the range of things that Saviynt offers, then it is a very solid product.

I would rate Saviynt an eight out of ten. Nothing is a 10 and it's got some edges that need to smooth out as it matures. There are certain things that it doesn't do as elegantly as it could, but that's like most products, nothing's ideal. It's a very tameable product.

I've got no particular as to which features could be added. It's just a matter of how you customize it to meet requirements. If you can live within the boundaries of what comes out of the box, it's very simple and straightforward, but very few organizations do that. So, the ability to accommodate customization is always an area that needs to be focused on.
