Sophos EPP Suite Scalability
The solution is easily scalable because it's in the cloud and we can push the agents using our Cafea solution. We can even deploy the applications to our remote branches easily.
We currently have four people using the solution and if the number of computers increases we can scale up by increasing the number of licenses.
View full review »Scalability-wise, I rate the solution a ten out of ten.
My company has more than 1,000 users of the solution.
Whether my company plans to increase the solution's usage depends on our company's usage, requirements, and infrastructure side, where we already use the firewall from Sophos along with the VPN services provided by Sophos.
I rate the tool’s scalability an eight out of ten. In my organization, 300 people are using the product. Depending on the growth of our organization, we might increase the usage.

If you use an appliance, it can be challenging to scale. However, we can use solutions, such as Software-Defined Networking (SDN) for cloud-based services or private cloud-based services with Kubernetes and Calico. Additionally, we can use a firewall for managing traffic on the internet or LAN and internal networks. We can integrate Sophos EPP Suite with enterprise solutions, such as Cisco ACI for managing role policies, among other things.
We have around 400 to 500 users who are clients for our service on our internal network. Additionally, in our IDC we have thousands of clients who receive services from us.

If you have purchased a license for two hundred users, and then the customer says that there is a sudden increase in our recruitment after three months, because of which four hundred people have to be hired. Then, you can suggest or ask to get them to get an add-on license from Sophos. So then, they will provide a hundred users based on the remaining timelines. Like, suppose you have purchased for three years and one year has already passed for those endpoints, then you add it for two years for those hundred new users, and you'll get the licenses. So, its scalability is good.
Scalability-wise, I rate the solution an eight out of ten.
One of our clients was large, with one thousand users, and others were midsized, with around three hundred to five hundred users.
About 20 people use the solution in our organization.

In my personal usage, I have set up Sophos EPP Suite for two scenarios. The first has over 50 users, and the second, in a hospital, has fewer than 60 users. The second deployment is still in the testing phase, with around 15 active machines on the network currently.

So far, we've been able to scale the solution quite well. In terms of where we are right now, it's scaling quite well to other parts of the organization, and the experience has been pretty painless so far.
We've probably got about 700 to 800 people on it so far. We have administrators, and then first-level users, which I guess are just reviewers or support, and then support teams. That's probably about it. The security team, which is what I'm a part of, too, has access to the solution for reporting purposes.

I don't have many large customers and therefore did not really test the scalability. That said, Sophos has the ability to place the solution in remote sites to provide more security to distant endpoints.
We do not implement the solution with big customers.
We have 13 customers using the solution.

Around 10 people are using this solution in my company. It's definitely scalable. I know people who are using it for over 500,000 users.
I don't plan to increase its capacity because my number of users won't be increasing much, so I would rather look at moving from endpoint protection to VDR. Then I would have the basic protection, and on top of that I would get the Zero-day endpoint protection and advanced protection for user-less attacks.

The solution is easy to scale. If a company needs to expand it, it can do so.
As a partner, currently, we have about 30 customers using the solution. It all depends on the partners in my region. I'm in Kuwait. Every time you have to deploy, the customer would need to get three quotations, and then they choose the better price.
