Blue Prism Cloud's stability is good, and we get around 95% accuracy with the solution. However, when we use some browser automation, it shows some extension issues, which should be fixed in the newer version.

In any automation tool, Blue Prism Cloud included, you need at least one to three months to stabilize the process. You need at least one month of run time on the production environment when you develop a new process, even in Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or NICE. You need to tweak the process according to your needs. After that, no significant changes will be required, except for occasional minor changes, so I'd need a few more months before I could give my opinion or rating about the stability of Blue Prism Cloud.

Stability is one of the ingrained qualities. Where it is deployed, it has to work smoothly.

Scalability all depends on what kind of processes. If it's a process that goes to the whole enterprise, adopt the RPA goal, it will be of strong importance. All the IT tools are much more powerful, fast and reliable.

If it's the business side and it's all small tasks and processes that can be automated. That's the interesting part. That's the scalability of RPA on the business side, but it's all small tasks and processes. The scalability will be how many processes you perform, and which structure you put in place so that everything runs smoothly, and you can do proper maintenance and change management.
