Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"Its cost is the most valuable. It is not as expensive. It is also easy to make different types of processes for the users.""It is quite a stable solution.""The amount of control that this solution provides is great.""Great software for managing my business. I think this is the best business process management software.""The solution's simulation capabilities are the most valuable aspects.""I like that Bizagi is fully compatible with BPMN 2.0. It also eases the way in which we work with BPMN 2.0 itself, which is a comprehensive and rather complex notation standard.""Great mapping feature that's easy to use.""The product enables the users to automate the processes and provides a good user experience."

"We found the setup process to be okay since they do offer a troubleshooting guide.""OnBase is a remarkable tool. It is a well-done product. Hyland has a lot of experience in building it and looking for new things for clients in terms of functionalities. It has amazing stability, and it can grow horizontally and vertically. It is built for growth. Their technical support is also quite good and available throughout the year.""The solution is very developed and we are not taking full advantage of its functionalities.""The most valuable features are that it's very secure and provides audit trails for our documents.""I like the cloud and its integrability.""The retention module is one of the most valuable features. Whatever we scan onto the system can be identified and we are notified when the records are due to be disposed."

Cons
"The free version could be better. Some of the templates and all the functionalities aren't available in the free version. I've been trying to check some maps, for example, organizational maps or a model on organization hierarchy. Apparently, there seems to be no template. You have to create your own. I am not sure if there are templates, but I've not really seen any. I think that there's room for improvement.""The on-premise software has some bugs.""One part of the university has changed its regular desktops to Linux. This is a weak point because Bizagi doesn't run on Linux. I would like the opportunity to run the software inside of Linux.""Difficult to export in formats other than PDF.""From a developer's point of view, an improvement in the layout would make the UI better.""The solution needs to make it easier to use RPA products on it. They may need an RPA specific interface. It would be better than having to make an RPA tool to use for viewing. Most of our work is about making RPA tools with the Bizagi, not using Bizagi itself.""We have migrated to the cloud, but there are a lot of issues while integrating with the cloud. There are a lot of things to improve with the cloud and reporting. We were previously working with on-premise solutions, and we had access to a lot of things, but with the cloud, they changed a lot of functionalities. Some of the things we know, but with some of the things, we are having difficulties.""It would be helpful if they added some extra features in the next update."

More Bizagi Cons →

"An area for improvement would be the training - getting our people up to speed on how to use it required more training than we expected due to the complexity of the solution.""The look and feel could be better. The integration with the user could be better. It could also be more user-friendly.""The dashboards do have some room for improvement as compared to the other vendors which are there in the market.""For user experience, they would have to do more with the interface. It is not easy to work with and is a little messy. It is getting better, but it is not yet good enough. Other products are comparatively doing better in terms of the user interface. I have been hearing about Box, which is very easy to use and learn for the users. OnBase has to work on this aspect. It should have BPM capabilities. We compete with tools that provide the BPM feature and support those standards. They can do better in terms of the pricing model. It is a really expensive tool in Latin America. They should have different prices for different regions.""We need to troubleshoot why our reports didn't get downloaded in a day. There is a workflow feature which powerful but also complicated.""We are struggling with duplicates and would like to have OCR functionality when using this solution."
