We have another team working on those tools, for example, Trellix and Symantec Data Loss Prevention. We have a range of information solutions used in an ongoing project, and it's only in the planning and feasibility stage for DLP. So, I have worked with a bunch of them.

We have also procured ServiceNow. Other tools like ServiceNow and monday.com provide simplified user interfaces.

Not really, as it was much better than Bugzilla which we used before.

We did not evaluate other solutions prior to using JIRA Service Management. The company preferred this solution.

We also deploy Microsoft Azure DevOps. The client generally decides which solution they want to go with. The added advantage with Microsoft is that it's a one-stop solution whereas Jira's benefit is that it offers a less expensive product.

I didn't evaluate other options. It is my favorite tool, but I am aware of ServiceNow and other ones. If you have Jira, you might as well get their whole ecosystem. If you're in development, you will get Bitbucket and Confluence as well for documentation. For Service Management, there is Jira Service Desk. I usually use their whole package. If there are integration problems, only then we would evaluate other solutions, but we could definitely connect with Jira by API. Atlassian products are very good. We always had Atlassian tools.

I'm comparing different desk and service management platforms. Jira is one of the top selected products, especially for the project management cycle. Jira was the best. I've tested many options, and many of them are well-known brands.

We also looked at Vivantio Service Desk and will probably implement this instead of Atlassian Service desk.

Most of the clients need to implement ITSM, which makes JIRA Service Management a crucial tool, especially if they are using JIRA software for the development team. There is integration between the two products, it's better to use JIRA Service Management when having to combine the two solutions.

We're currently in the process of comparing Jira and ServiceNow to see which would be the better product for us.

Also, we have a client that is seeking out a product and they want us to advise them on the best option. We're looking at Jira and ServiceNow for them.

We looked into ServiceNow a while ago, but we no longer have that requirement.

We use a product, but it is not ServiceNow. It's a centralized item. We were bought out by a European company. We are on their service.

We had competitor options. It was between TSL and JIRA.

I wanted JIRA for the UI and its usability.
