EA (Consulting) at a government with 10,001+ employees
I have used several, each behaves differently.
MEGA HOPEX holds and manages EA-level information and facilitates governance. It can directly incorporate the XMI/XML format into its structure.
MEGA HOPEX excels in EA management, dashboarding, and overall governance tasks. However, more hands-on work, such as project management or solution architecture support, might be too cumbersome and slow. In such cases, another solution may be more suitable.

They identified Mega, Troux System Architect and two others, I can't remember the other names of them. We basically identified what we wanted to accomplish with the tool and identified a set of metrics that we can sit down and ask them questions to walk them to scenarios. Then did an evaluation and then did a selection.

I have also used Kissflow, which is able to handle both the organizational side and the application side. Using that solution we can model, create forms, and deploy it like an app. We can have a workflow to help organize the company. It isn't just for understanding how a process works.
