There haven't been any issues with bugs or other problems. ServiceNow takes around eight months of testing before releasing a connector, ensuring that there are no issues within my instance. They also regularly upgrade their patches every month or every two months, addressing any internal issues that may arise.

In my experience working with the ITS, I haven't encountered any performance issues. Currently, I'm working on the health center release, which has been progressing smoothly. Overall, I haven't faced any issues with performance.
