BigPanda is stable overall without significant breakdowns or bugs. However, there is a challenge in fully trusting its alerts and incidents, requiring manual validation. This could be due to the tool being new and users not fully realizing its intended potential yet.

This is a stable solution. 

There have been a few service interruptions since we implemented BigPanda, but the notifications regarding service interruptions, and/or communications with the team during these times, have been very timely.

The program is very stable. We have a team who was managing everything, so whenever there is an issue, they know how to handle it.
