We have a subscription to Zoom. Zoom is more suited for conferences and seminars or when you have a large number who are attending the meeting. Teams is useful when you have a small gathering and want to have focused conversations with either your clients or internally.

We also use Slack but primarily we are more of a Microsoft-based company.

We heavily use Microsoft Teams. Moreover, it's interesting that Salesforce acquired Slack. We do use Slack internally for some occasions. But, in general, most of our clients in corporate environments prefer Microsoft Teams. So, we have a clear preference for flexibility with Microsoft Teams.

I have used Google Meet, Skype (the older version), and WebEx for meetings and webinars. But Microsoft Teams is quite advanced and has a lot of features.

If I compare it with Google Meet, Google Meet doesn't offer remote sessions. That is the main disadvantage compared to Google Meet.

We tried Zoom as a guest but not the host. Webex is good because it is a Cisco product, and they have a team to support it from every angle. Both are better in terms of support, but I use Microsoft more than Webex.

Zoom also works, but personally, I find Teams to be better than Zoom. Teams has been more reliable in my experience.

So, I find Teams to be better than other solutions like Zoom.

As an instant messenger, Teams is not as good as Lync. However, it was built into Office 365 so we used it. We were only using it as an instant messenger, essentially trying to fill a hole rather than use it to its full capacity,
