This solution was implemented in-house. I did it myself just by following the documentation.

The implementation of Broadcom DX Application Performance Management was done by my team, so in-house.
View full review »We have implemented it in-house. My advice is to install a PoC environment and familiarize yourself with all the components.

Implemented through CA (the vendor) with their Services Group.
View full review »It was implemented with a vendor team.
View full review »We did use some professional services to assist us in getting both the buy-in and in helping us to set up some bells and whistles to really get people excited about the product.
View full review »We have our own team for maintaining this solution.
View full review »We implemented it in-house with the support of CA.
View full review »We did it through a sales team, and without their support we would not be as we evolved in APM as we are today.
View full review »It was through a vendor team whose expertise was above average.
View full review »I certified by CA on installing/integrating/developing the application as an outsourcing consultant.

Our company does the implementation for the customers. We have experts in our team to implement the solutions and for consulting the usage in the future.
We are there to support our clients, not only for the installation but also in exploring the solution.

View full review »Interesting question as I was part of the 3rd party vendor who did the implementation at the time. So let me refer this back to my previous comment. If you do not have an implemented (vendor or in-house) who understands the concept of APM and who to derive business value out of it then you have a problem. Making the product work is one thing…..
View full review »We had a POC with the vendor before the implementation. That helped with better understanding of what to expect from the tool and the tool implementation.
View full review »We used a CA team for implementation who were outstanding.
View full review »We are implementors of Broadcom DX Application Performance Management. We do the implementation of this solution for clients.

View full review »We had assistance from either the vendor or somebody that they directed us to and are affiliated with.

Technical Consultant at Grid Infocom Pvt Ltd
I implemented this solution with an extensively experienced in-house team.
View full review »It was pretty much just us; just our team at work.
View full review »We implemented internally, partnered with a vendor team. The vendor team were good but they had to depend on CA service tickets to complete the installation. This is because they don’t have clear guidelines to configure some of the solution’s features; for example the installation guide for URI monitoring feature doesn’t cover all the use-cases, and the partner had to raise tickets with CA for assistance so there was an impact on time.
View full review »Our implementation was accomplished by a mix of CA and PHI employees.
View full review »When we first installed, it took us six months to install it and to get it somewhat usable. Because we have to step development or step environments, it usually takes us about three months.
View full review »We did the implementation together with the vendor team. It was very useful to work together.
View full review »It was a vendor team implementation. The level of their expertise was good.
View full review »I implemented the solution in my enviroment, but following the advice of a Support team of the manufacturer.
A vendor team implemented it and I rate their level of expertise 8/10.
View full review »We tried, but we could not do it ourselves. Japan CA did the initial setup themselves. They were helpful.
We have just so many settings. We could not figure out what were the right settings. We could not get the data fast in store.
I have experience of implementation of in–house as well as through a vendor also. Both are equal, just experience and a clear understanding of all the tool components is a must.

We have four people for the implementation and maintenance of the solution.
View full review »An in-house team implemented it.
View full review »Implementation should be done by an expert as an average implementer would only be able to provide 60 to 80 percent usage of the tool.
View full review »We used a vendor team to implement it.
View full review »We implemented it ourselves.
View full review »Our initial implementation was done by a CA spanish consultant and the posterior tuning with a CA partner. Working with them went well.

The implementation was done through the vendor. The vendor, of course, had implementation experience.
View full review »The implementation was carried out by the CA team. We had difficulty finding professionals to deploy and maintain the solution in Brazil.
View full review »We implemented it on our own with our in-house team.
View full review »We're implementation partners.
View full review »Both with an in-house and with a vendor team. They had the necessary expertise for the installation.
View full review »Initially we implemented using a vendor team. They had a good level of expertise.
