The Jump Start team has a high level of expertise.

We did our jumpstart with help from Jamf (Katie English) and she rocked it. She is very knowledgeable.

In terms of maintenance, we have a DR environment, as well as our prod environment. With the number of upgrades that Jamf pushes through, it is quite a mission to get everything upgraded. Hopefully, we will get to the cloud soon, and that infrastructure will not be on us anymore. It would be managed by Jamf.

Jamf offers a "jump start" to get things off the ground and give you brief basic training to get going. I spent two days at initial setup, and after that, I worked through it myself.
