Our involvement with the utility industry began six years ago and the solution was already in place. 

We have used some local internet-based solutions before.

I used that which was there internally when I onboarded into this company. It was there already, and it has been trusted within the organization.

We previously used other solutions but we switched to OpenText 360 for SharePoint because of the ease of use for the processes. 

We had many manual processes and we needed to look for a tool to automate those processes. That is why we moved to using BPM tools.

We were using SharePoint. There is another tool for the workflow on top of SharePoint. It's similar to Flex. It was okay, but we moved our enterprise content solution to OpenText.

We find it is efficient to have the same solution from the same company for the transactional beta workflow and business process management.
