We use this product for our office administration and communication tasks.

Some of the functionality is very easy to use.

There are some functions that need to be improved.

The 365 mailbox is very heavy software, which is a problem if you don't have the proper internet speed. Attaching documents to email is a process that needs to be simplified. Also, downloading mail takes a long time.

I have been using Microsoft 365 Business for between four and five years.

It is used by the entire organization and we plan to continue using it.

I have not been in contact with support for this product.

We have an enterprise license.

The suitability of this product depends on the use case and the environment. Based on these things, I would recommend it.

I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.

I use Microsoft 365 Business for my daily work activities, including tasks like sharing documents.

This is a user-friendly product that is easy to use.

I like that its usage is widespread, and a lot of companies use it.

Sometimes we have trouble with the updates that are released.

I have been using Microsoft 365 Business for several years.

Microsoft 365 Business is scalable and we have approximately 200 users.

I have not had experience with Microsoft support.

Prior to Microsoft 365 Business, we used similar products that were also from Microsoft.

I did not have any trouble with the installation, although sometimes I have trouble with the updates.

We have an in-house team of IT specialists for deployment, maintenance, and providing internal support. There are three people in the team and they support all of our products, not just Microsoft 365.

The cost of the subscription is fair.

Overall, this is a good product and I am satisfied with the features that it has.

I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.

We use this solution for Windows applications, in particular, Outlook for email.

The features of this product are okay.

You can easily connect to this application with minimal bandwidth.

You can easily manage all of the applications including MS Office Applications and Outlook through the internet.

It's a secure application.

The time synchronization with the internet could be better, as well as the application architecture.

As it is implemented on the cloud, some of the policies need to be integrated. Also, It takes some time to synchronize. It seems to replicate in eight to twelve hours within a 24-hour duration.

I have been using Microsoft 365 Business for five or six years.

I do not have any issues with the stability of this solution.

It's a scalable solution.

We have our technical team, who updates the solution and contacts technical support if any issues come up.

They coordinate with the technicians.

The initial setup is straightforward. It is not complex.

It took approximately five hours to deploy.

We have approximately 20 engineers to deploy and maintain this solution.

It's a good product. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.

I primarily use the solution for email.

The solution's dashboard is its most valuable aspect. 

The product is very user-friendly in general. It's not complicated to use. They've made everything very easy and intuitive.

The product is very direct. Having the application on the phone, downloading it to your mobile device, makes it also easier to connect to your email, to receive an email, and of course, send emails. Since it's on your device, you can use it remotely and have access to everything you need.

The product is very secure. It's safe to use and Microsoft offers good security to protect its users.

The stability of the product is excellent.

You can scale the solution if you need to.

The initial setup is not a complicated process. The cloud makes it very easy.

The pricing of the solution could be better. They should work to make the costs more competitive.

In the off-chance there is a shutdown, it would be ideal if Microsoft provided some sort of alternative in order for businesses to keep functioning while the situation is dealt with. Even if it is down for ten minutes across an organization, it could prove costly.

I'm not sure how long I've been using the solution. IT had it installed on my device. I've likely been using the solution for one year.

The product is quite stable. There are no bugs or glitches. It doesn't crash or freeze. It's quite reliable.

The solution scales well. Of course, you can add more users whenever you need to. For example, if someone has an account, you can just add new users to it. If you are a company of 50, you may originally purchase 50 licenses. However, if you add 10 more employees, you can buy additional, licenses for 10 people. It's very easy to expand.

Currently, we have about 50 users, more or less, in our organization.

I've used Gmail in the past, however, I find the Microsoft product to be much more refined.

The initial installation is not complicated. It's in the cloud, and therefore, it's mainly, for example, just creating a user account. On one side, the account is created, then the order is just to add in user information. That's it. There's nothing to install. It's more like creating accounts for the users. Automatically, they will receive an email to alert them an account has been created for them. After that, they can start using it.

It wouldn't take more than a day to finish setting everything up.

You only need one person to deploy the solution.

The maintenance is minimal. You would only need about one person to manage it.

The solution could be cheaper and more reasonably priced.

We pay for our licenses on a yearly basis.

I'm an end-user of the product. I don't have a business relationship with Microsoft.

I'm using the latest version of the solution.

I would recommend that everyone downloads the mobile application, as it makes it so easy to access and use.

We are primarily using it for multiple things, including setting up meetings and calendar integration. 

This is a good product that meets all of my requirements.

Office 365 could be more secure.

I have been using Microsoft 365 Business for a few years. I joined my current company about two months ago, and have been using it here since that time.

This is a stable product.

Office 365 is scalable. We have more than 2,000 users.

I have not needed to contact the technical support from Microsoft.

When I was given my laptop, this solution was pre-configured.

Our in-house IT team is responsible for deployment and maintenance.

I would rate this solution a seven out of ten.

The primary use case of this solution is to design our product in Azure on the Cloud.

Microsoft 365 Business is easy to use, everything is clear, it has good support, and it integrates well with other solutions.

Everything is easy with Microsoft.

Security could be improved. 

The user interface is good, I don't have any issues with it but everything could always be better.

I have been using Microsoft 365 Business for approximately four years.

This product is very stable.

The scalability of this product is good. We have 150 users.

I am very satisfied with technical support, and if we have any problems then we open a case. You will have direct assistance from technical support.

Access is available directly in a portal to open a key, or we can contact directly via telephone and we can track the numbers.

For me, the initial setup was easy.

We have a team of 12 to maintain this solution, and level one and two security in our networking.

I would recommend Microsoft 365 Business to others.

I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.

I definitely like the user interface. 

The price could be better. The user interface could be more user-friendly. Microsoft 365 Business could be more secure.

We have been using Microsoft 365 Business for years.

The initial setup and deployment were straightforward.

We have several IT administrators at our office who do it for us.

Microsoft 365 Business could be cheaper.

I would recommend this solution to new users.

On a scale from one to ten, I would give Microsoft 365 Business a nine.

This product is the go-to solution for all my office needs. 

I really like the versatility that Microsoft 365 Business offers. 

I'd like to see better integration between Excel and the SQL Server, it could work more efficiently and more quickly than it does. 

I've been using this product for 10 years.

I haven't used the technical support, I just Google any questions. 

The initial setup is very straightforward and doesn't take much time, no more than an hour maximum. More than half of the staff in the company use 365. 

Our IT department takes care of licensing and I'm not sure how that works. 

I rate the solution nine out of 10.
