General implementation from an on-premise licensing model.

At this point, I cannot say if there has been an advantage to changing.

Installing on multiple devices/platforms.

Cross-application integration.

We are using this solution for emails on the cloud.

I don't think that there is anything that needs to be greatly improved with this product.

The user interface needs some improvement.

I have been working with Microsoft 365 Business for two years.

We are using the latest version.

Microsoft 365 Business is a stable product.

It's a scalable solution. We have approximately 2500 users in our organization.

We are satisfied with technical support.

Previously, we used Zimbra.

We have not completed the installation outselves. We outsourced it.

We have a full team to maintain this solution.

I would recommend this solution to others who are interested in using it.

We're a small startup company and an IT solution reseller in Dubai. I'm the operations manager.

The good thing about 365 is the accessibility and file storage. Compared to the desktop of the old Office application, 365 has total flexibility and accessibility from anywhere. It's easy to use.

These days, most people have multiple devices but you can only configure 365 on two devices with a license. I'd like to see a license option for multiple devices. Licensing costs are quite high especially for our trainees who have no need for the fully-fledged 365. It would be helpful to have an option for smaller packages that have a reduced licensing fee. 

I've been using this solution for four years.

The company hasn't needed technical support but we contacted them for one of our clients when they needed an upgrade. There were no issues. 

There are five people in the company using 365 and the initial setup was very straightforward.

We're very used to Microsoft products and they're part of our daily activities. I'm sure our usage will increase. 

I rate this solution nine out of 10.

I am using the solution primarily for the SharePoint program that comes in this packaged solution. I use SharePoint for handling documents.

The solution is very flexible and the UI is user-friendly.

The installation is at a moderate level of difficulty. It could be easier to install.

The price of the solution is fair but as a company, we would like it always to be cheaper. There is a license for this solution and the type depends on the organization.

We plan on continue using the solution. However, we do not have any other option.

We are basically using the Office products. We are using Word for business documents, Excel for spreadsheets, and Powerpoint for presentations.

What I like is that Office 365 is nicely integrated with our email application Outlook. We also don't have to worry about updates. They are free, and they just happen automatically.

I am pretty happy with its features. However, it could be cheaper for long-term business use.

I have been using this solution for about a year.

It is absolutely stable. There are no issues with that.

I suppose it is scalable because you can install it on more laptops with just additional licenses. It seems pretty easy to manage. I don't manage it myself, so I'm not sure.

I believe so. I think you log in to Office 365, and it installs the stuff for you. 

It was already preloaded when I got the laptop. You don't need anyone from the technical team for its deployment.

It is probably not cheap, but you can't really compare it with anything else.

I would recommend this solution. It has everything that I need, and I plan to keep using this solution.
