This product can greatly improve handling of human resources and efficiency.It is very user-friendly. Most of the UI is very intuitive so you don't need to follow a course to follow it up.The solution's most valuable features are all the human resources aspects and access management, as well as the talent review. The solution's talent management is very, very good.The solution's scalability potential is very good. The most valuable feature of this solution is the performance management module.The interface is user-friendly. It is very simple and intuitive, so it's good.The most important feature is the ability to follow up on the yearly performance of the team. It's very good for management to understand how people are performing.The best features that were working well for us was the Goal Management and Performance Management. They were the most valuable to our organization.The interface is really useful and it's very easy to combine different information. For example, we can easily get reports that we need. Cons
The product is comparably complex to install and deploy properly.In the next release, I would like to see a new recruitments module. I would like to see the preboarding so that it sends out integrations through personal email. That would be very useful.The features available in EBS should be available on the cloud as well. When these features are not available on the cloud, it's hard to convince customers to migrate.The recruitment aspect is good, but it's new and it still needs some enhancements. In the future, we hope it will be similar to Taleo.I would focus on making high volume recruitment more bulky.

The GUI needs to be enhanced to be in line with the latest and complete version of the solution.There should be more connectivity with other systems.LMS, Learning Management Systems, needs improvement because there were some stability problems.They should improve the reports.Some of the screens aren't that user-friendly, older employees especially have a hard time with it. They have some problems with it.We have many interruptions and disconnection points into processes, which is why we are looking to another solution. We are not so happy with the system. We believe we have in the market better solution, so we are looking for alternatives but so far the system has been used a lot.Analytics could use some work.The Reporting/Analytics and User Interface need improvement.
