The product helps with advanced material planning, leveraging historical purchasing and sales data to forecast demand and supply. Microsoft has introduced an AI solution called Co-pilot within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to enhance this process. With Co-pilot, organizations can use artificial intelligence to analyze trends, enabling more accurate predictions of product demand and ensuring optimal stock levels to promptly meet customer orders.

I think it would expand all the company's operations.

I use this solution for visibility purposes. It shows how productive I am. 

It is also used for billing purposes. We use this solution instead of Excel sheets, and clients can always see what we're using it for.

Dynamics AX is a good fit for our company's needs, as it facilitates the company's operations across numerous departments. It has proven to be a scalable and adaptable solution.

The solution has automated manual daily operations across multiple departments, especially in financial operations and the business cycle. The business has achieved its module. 

It has streamlined sales, warehouse management, and inventory processes and facilitated easy acquisitions. I’m presently analyzing the product for subsidiaries’ usage, not for my holding company.

The solution has improved our organization because, at that point in time, our whole isolated function came into a single system. It was the first step to digitizing the machine process.

We currently work with retail companies in Turkey. We have implemented the biggest retail company which are apparel companies and grocery companies. These companies sell 40 products, worldwide. There's a lot of change currently happening in the business. For example, there are lots of new features, new functionalities, and lots of new requests from the business side. Existing local solutions cannot handle this, or change it. All local companies and enterprise industries need new functionality to adapt to the market. Hence, there is a good business case to use Microsoft Dynamics AX. You can expand it with open-source code with the partners. This gives the customers options to extend and manage their business.

It's an ERP solution that helps us maintain the data, plan the production level and the branch level, and help the branches coordinate with the head office. This ERP solution helps in sales, helps in production, helps in inventory movement. It also gives you the profit and loss on all the basics.

It keeps product costing close to the actual cost of production. It also gives us better handling of the approval process (workflow system).

Viewability of management data across all group companies. Introduction of consistent processes.
