We used a reseller that helped us with the implementation and setting up the SLAs. Law They took over our entire license structure. Now, we pay them instead of Microsoft.

We did the installation in-house.

I deployed Office 365 in my machine. The deployment was really straightforward and took just half an hour.

Our internal IT team took charge of the implementation and deployment. They were able to complete it without assistance. The deployment is now fairly automatic for new people and there is very little time spent on maintenance.

The implementation was done by the vendor team who is a strategic partner for our company for computer projects. The experience was very good. They have a large group of engineers and staff who are certified by Microsoft. They have many facilities in large and medium-sized companies, and they have been very effective.

I do know our central team rolled it out, however, I'm not sure if we brought on any outside help.
