As I previously mentioned, GP is quite exceptional. It's the first multi-user ERP in North America, which is a significant distinction. Before GP, there weren't any multi-user ERPs originating from the United States. There were alternatives like SAP, but they weren't US-based. GP began with a basic version, the DAF version, and has been meticulously maintained by Microsoft.

I would definitely rate it a ten, considering I've used it in various ways, and its scalability has been consistently upheld.

Microsoft Dynamics AX is scalable. On Azure, the payment model is based on usage, allowing users to pay for the amount of data they consume.

I would rate the scalability of Microsoft Dynamics AX as an eight out of ten. From a developer's perspective, the architecture of Dynamics has a well-designed security layer, which prevents coding issues between different layers. This is a significant advantage. Currently, our organization has 20 users, all of whom are at the managerial level.

Microsoft Dynamics AX is a scalable solution.

We are an investment company with subsidiaries and sister companies in some cases. For some projects, we can collaborate on all ERP systems across the organization, including all subsidiaries and sister companies. And in such cases, it will be on a larger scale, with a minimum of 15 user enterprise accounts.

We have a long-term plan that will not be implemented in the near future, but I intend to do it in the long run.

I have five business accounts and seven function accounts. So there are approximately 12 users.

The scalability is okay, however, S4HANA is more scalable than this product. Even with the POS version, if we go above a certain limit, we can have performance issues. The AX is scalable to the mid-level market and mid-level customers.

Director, Managed Services at a tech services company with 51-200 employees

Scalability has been a problem for us. That has somewhat to do with the fact that we use the 2009 version of Dynamics. It runs on Windows Servers, and we had to upgrade those servers. So that led to having some compatibility problems and that affected scalability and stability. But the lack of scalability is also an issue because we use it on-premises. In a private cloud or a SaaS service, it might be better. That is why we want to move towards a SaaS service.
