We initially had some issues with the configuration and setup for a large deployment. Code 42 stepped in and assisted with the setup and deployment which led to a success.

The service ports and internal/external/DNS settings gave my team a challenge, but that may have well been our processes and documentation as much as CrashPlan.

No. Code42 has a managed approach to the entire process. The software is easy to deploy to end user workstations and minimally impactful to system performance. The older versions did have Java dependancies that could be problematic, but those issues have largely been resolved.
