I cannot comment on stability at this time because we have used it for only seven months.

The solution is finely stable. I rate its stability as an eight. We do have difficulties updating the certificate. We can only update it with the local account. They should allow every administrator account to update the SSL certificate.

It was very unstable to start with for about seven months. That said, it was determined that was a memory-related problem. After the memory-related problem was resolved, it became more stable.

The system is quite stable. Since we have had it implemented, I have not had a single day of downtime on the system. Even when it comes to upgrades there was no downtime. These guys do an excellent job of testing enhancements and upgrades, so it is seamless to deploy new versions.

This solution is good for a smaller or medium-sized business. In an enterprise environment like ours, which is very big, the solution sometimes hangs and we need to restart. It may have to do with the configuration, I think it may be because of our large number of work stations and servers.

SolarWinds is more stable than this solution. OpManager seems to have more connectivity issues from the client-side.

The solution is fairly stable. Only when you are opening another tab to see the live monitoring will you experience a bit of hanging. It will respond, so I am assuming the lag is because of the resources which are allocated for that particular server.
