Dynatrace announced the release of Dynatrace Application Monitoring and User Experience Management (UEM). This new customer experience platform improves upon management of mobile and web channels, with the goal to allow business owners and IT professionals to gain intelligence, in real-time, about their customers and app performance.
This new release comes with the stated goal of stronger, faster fact-based insights and use-case analytics: big data analytics engine can now analyze data for every user. With pre-built common use cases, Dynatrace pulls relevant information from millions of transactions in real-time to enable multi-dimensional analytics to quickly identify patterns, predict problems and make informed decisions.
