As far as the product is concerned, I would really like the scanning feature to let us know that a threat has been addressed once we apply the relevant patch. We are not seeing this currently when running a scan. We have about 1500 lines showing as open vulnerabilities, and I believe we have addressed quite a few of them. However, the scan process does not indicate that the vulnerability has been addressed. We have an open help desk ticket with Arctic Wolf to address this and hope to have a resolution soon. As mentioned earlier, the service is great, and we have no concerns in that area.
