Customer Service and Technical Support

Customer Service: The support engineers are a very smart, capable group. Many have been working with us for years.Technical Support: 7.5 - 9 depending on the ticket. There have been a few bumps in the road over the years but they have never let us down.

Initial Setup

The SDE encryption which is their "almost FDE" solution can require some tweaking if you have a highly customized desktop with several non-default folders.

Implementation Team

We implemented directly with Credant. It was a smooth process.

Other Solutions Considered

Yes, can't recall all the names but it was mostly the top contenders from Gartner's Magic Quadrant. Most recently we compared it to Bitlocker. It won because it didn't require keeping the key on a USB sick when using on virtual machines (this was back in 2012)
