We love it. It makes submitting expense reports painless and easy as 123. So much better than trying to hang on to paper receipts and emailing them.
The app is great for being on the go: I love that I can be anywhere and take care of my expenses any time I want.
Seems minor, but it would be great if they flagged any expenses that are sitting there that are in danger of being too late to upload.

It seems to work for an entire global organization so I would say it's scalable. However, I'm not doing anything on the backend, so I can't be 100% certain.
