I love that I can be anywhere and take care of my expenses any time I want

What is our primary use case?

I use it for uploading expenses at work; it's also great for miles traveled and expenses related to that sort of thing.

How has it helped my organization?

We love it. It makes submitting expense reports painless and easy as 123. So much better than trying to hang on to paper receipts and emailing them.

What is most valuable?

The app is great for being on the go: I love that I can be anywhere and take care of my expenses any time I want.

What needs improvement?

Seems minor, but it would be great if they flagged any expenses that are sitting there that are in danger of being too late to upload.

For how long have I used the solution?

One to three years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Seems stable — never had any technical hiccups which is unusual!

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It seems to work for an entire global organization so I would say it's scalable. However, I'm not doing anything on the backend, so I can't be 100% certain.

How are customer service and technical support?

Never had to speak with them which I guess is a good thing!

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I've used TriNet, and I've used manual spreadsheets. The corporate made the switches, so I'm not sure why.

How was the initial setup?

I don't know, but it was user-friendly from the start.

What about the implementation team?

Not sure.

What was our ROI?

No idea.

I do not know enough about the decision process unfortunately.

Use it — it's great!
