What do you think of OptiView XG?

What is most valuable?

Gives us the ability to see our network.

How has it helped my organization?

It helps us troubleshoot when we have problems.

What needs improvement?

I would like a built-in tap feature which doesn't interfere with the network, and it allows you to see what is happening there. I would also like to see them lower the cost of maintenance. We paid a lot of money for the product and you also have to pay a yearly fee for technical support.

For how long have I used the solution?

We have been using this solution for three years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

There were no issues with stability.

How was the initial setup?

I was involved in the setup. It was easy.
