Automated Workflow with Mobile Devices for Multi-task Jobs Involving Engineer and Client with Document Exchange

Looking for a solution within the SMB space in USA.

Automated Workflow with Mobile Devices for Multi-task Jobs Involving Engineer and Client with Document Exchange.

Cloud service is preferable, but open to on-premise hosted, too.

We're a small 50-150 person firm, so want it to be cost effective.

Any suggestions?

I'm currently looking at Integrify, Intellect and Zoho Creator.

We work with several companies in your employee size range. Our app is mobile-friendly and built to scale to any screen size. We offer cloud, private cloud and on-premise versions. While we do not purport to be a document management solution, documents are usually involved in our client’s workflows. We simply pull or push them into existing document management solutions during or after the process. Integrify offers a great deal of customization, including the ability to insert scripts into forms and workflows to extend functionality beyond our standard offering. We also offer an open REST-based API for integration into existing apps. We’d be happy to chat with you to validate our solution with your needs, no obligation whatsoever (sales@integrify.com or http://get.integrify.com/demo).

I would suggest you try open source process engines. They are very robust for the type of work you are expecting to perform and have great flexibility for integration, changing or evolving needs after you go live as well as agile development. If you want, we could share some insights with you on how to evaluate existing platforms and selection criteria with process and business focus. Please contact me at sgomez@cloudbs.co.
