c) Induction understanding Test delivered with our QS5 on-line survey tool with Scoring Method to ensure that the respondent has answered enough questions correctly. If the required score is achieved it then proceeds to questions collecting Personal and Next of Kin information otherwise returns to Site Briefing page/ video to review.
d) On completion of the survey with Success, the system creates email which is processed by Microsoft Power Automate to create Approved Workers on Site held in EXCEL.
e) Entry and Exit surveys using personal mobile device to collect Worker Details triggered with QR codes
f) Integration with Microsoft Power Automate to keep register of Workers on-site and Archive of Workers visits.

All surveys are dynamic and were created, managed and delivered with our On-line Survey Tool QS5
Emails are formatted to make integration with PowerAutomate easy.
Using Microsoft Cloud we set up the Safety Management Database in EXCEL.
All of these processes are automatic so No Manual intervention is required by the Safety Admin team to maintain the database.
