The Customer has some issue with ASAv Fail over. The Issue was due to Their SR-IOV Type of vNIC interface. we have a limitation on SR-IOV Interface and Mac address change. IT cause some sort of conflict when the native mac change in Fail over Process. By changing the type of vnic card on ASAv , problem solved.
