Informer has made data available to our end-users in a format that is much more comfortable and welcoming than prior data. Using the live excel feature, faculty, program directors, and administrators are willing to investigate questions on their own. Before Informer, they were only interested in others doing the analysis and telling them what their data said, now, they can investigate on their own and call on IR if they get stuck.
