MWRD – Integrated CIS Implementation and Training
MWRD has an employee base of 45000 for whom a multilingual integrated system is being developed making the organization computerized and taking it towards E- Governance. This is a first of its kind of implementation throughout India wherein a State Irrigation department is being fully computerized. This system has been developed using CA Clarity – A project and portfolio management tool. The tool has been fully customized to include the processes and functionalities of the Department. The system has been developed over a span of 3 Years and now is in its final stages of UAT and Trainings. For such a huge customer base a strategy of Training the Trainers has been identified. It is important to provide an interactive training aid, which can be centrally uploaded and launched with accessibility to all employees. To develop this training Adobe Captivate, HTML and Flash will be used.
Will work for Mobile compatibility to go completely paperless or digital.
